To add a weapon that has the Fixed: Rear keyword to an attack pool, the defending unit must have at least one of its miniature's bases partially inside the back firing arc of the attacking miniature.
Impact 1
During the Modify Attack Dice step, if the defending unit has the Armor or Armor X keyword, a unit whose attack pool includes a weapon that has the Impact 1 keyword can modify up to 1 
results to 
results for that attack.
Pierce 1
If an attacking unit attacks with a weapon with the Pierce 1 keyword it may cancel up to 1 
results during the Modify Defense Dice step.
